    Abstract: A boat mooring device, and a method of using it, includes a first shank member, having an axial protuberance thereon and three integrally connected cross arm members, and a second shank member having an axial protuberance thereon, a pair of parallel spaced apart cross arms, one at the end of said second shank member, and a U-shaped yoke disposed at the opposite end of said second shank member for releasably receiving the first shank member, and a mooring line attached to a boat.
