  • Patent number: 11362858
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for transmitting data via a communications channel (106), in which the data is transmitted with a transmission frame, wherein the transmission frame has at least one prioritisation field (PCP) for establishing the priority of the message and a data field, wherein the prioritisation field (PCP) functions to control the bus access by prioritising the messages. For this purpose, a bus access controller is used, in which the priority of at least the last received data packet is stored in a minimum priority storage cell (330). After receiving a data packet, a timer (320) is started, for which a timeout value is set, which is reset when a following packet is received. After reaching the timeout value, a decrementing of the value stored in the minimum priority storage cell (330) occurs.

  • Patent number: 11343117
Abstract: A method for transmitting data via a serial communication bus where the data are transmitted with an adapted transmission frame. The adapted transmission frame includes at least one arbitration field and a data field, with the arbitration field being used to control the bus access in accordance with the Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Resolution method by prioritization of messages with the aid of an identifier. For the arbitration phase, a low bit rate is set; and an increased bit rate is set for the transmission of the data in the data field. A start field is provided in the transmission frame. The data are packaged as an Ethernet transmission frame, which is inserted into the data field of the adapted transmission frame. The arbitration field and the start field replace a preamble and a Start Frame Delimiter of the Ethernet transmission frame.

  • Patent number: 11146420
Abstract: An extension of the existing CAN FD data transmission protocol. The extension enables the use of the IPv6 protocol for the CAN bus. The CAN FD protocol is further developed in an incompatible way. One modification measure relates to the lengthening of the Data Field, which is positioned in the transmission frame after an Arbitration Field. An arbitrary number of bytes can be entered in the extended Data Field within a specified upper limit. Since the Data Field is transmitted at a higher bit rate field than the Arbitration Field, the data throughput is increased dramatically.

  • Patent number: 11076605
Abstract: A multiple-row dough portioning apparatus includes at least one portioning chamber to define a portioned dough quantity, at least one metering piston, which is displaceable in the portioning chamber between a retracted metering position and an extended ejection position. The dough portioning apparatus comprises a drive unit having a control component. The drive unit is configured to displace the metering piston from the metering position into the ejection position. The dough portioning apparatus is configured such that a displacement of the metering pistons takes place exclusively on account of a pressure exerted on the metering pistons by the dough. The control component is connected to all metering pistons to transmit a tensile force from the control roller to the metering pistons. The portioning chamber is accommodated in a portioning cylinder, which is pivotable between a metering pivot position and a pivoted ejection pivot position.

  • Publication number: 20210218656
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for determining a synchronization accuracy of a time synchronization of a first communication unit. A time request is sent via a communication channel at a corresponding instant of time of transmission from the first communication unit to a second communication unit. The method comprises receiving a time response at the first communication unit, the time response providing a synchronization time information for the second communication unit. The synchronization accuracy is determined based on the instant of time of transmission and the instant of time of reception.

  • Publication number: 20210016210
Abstract: A filter arrangement with filter element for purifying a dielectric of a machine for electrical discharge machining has a dielectric inlet with a connector for connecting a dielectric feed connection element of the machine for electrical discharge machining. The filter arrangement has an adapter form fit element that connects detachably to an adapter form fit element of the machine for electrical discharge machining. In a closed position of the adapter form fit elements, the dielectric inlet of the filter arrangement is fluid-tightly connected to the dielectric feed connection element. The adapter form fit elements permit the closed position only in a defined angle position, thereby determining a position of an identification element of the filter arrangement relative to the adapter form fit element of the machine for electrical discharge machining and of a corresponding reading device at the machine for electrical discharge machining relative to the an identification element.

  • Publication number: 20210015110
Abstract: A multi-row dough-portioning apparatus has a chamber housing having a number of portioning chambers for predetermining a portioned quantity of dough. Measuring pistons can each be displaced in the portioning chambers along a displacement direction between a retracted, measuring position and a pushed-out, ejecting position. A rotation-prevention bar is installed in a releasable manner on a rear wall of the chamber housing and interacts with a circumferential recess in the measuring pistons in order to prevent rotation of the same. The chamber housing has a projecting section, which projects beyond the rear housing wall. The rotation-prevention bar is installed on the chamber housing such that, upon release, it can be removed from the chamber housing in a removal direction perpendicular to the displacement direction of the measuring pistons. This results in a dough-portioning apparatus which, even in the case of large-volume portioning chambers, is easy to maintain and clean.
