  • Publication number: 20240050763
Abstract: A networked system for providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) based on analyzed electroencephalogram (EEG) data is disclosed. The networked system interfaces with portable neuro¬electroencephalogram synchronization therapy (NEST) devices for capturing EEG data from a patient. The network also may also include an electrophysiology database and customized TMS treatment system for receiving the EEG data from the portable NEST system. • Publication number: 20230055962
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for administer multiple stimulus to a patient in order to improve the efficacy of the administered stimulus on the brain activity of the patient. Exemplary embodiments described herein may combined magnetic stimulation along with sensory stimulation to influence the intrinsic frequency of an EEG band of a person.

  • Publication number: 20220400995
Abstract: The invention allows an accurate and automated method and system for determining an intrinsic frequency of an EEG band of a person. Intrinsic frequency values (specifically the intrinsic alpha frequency (IAF)) are used to diagnose mental disorders and detect brain anomalies in a person. At present, these estimates are inaccurate for the population that has EEG with low energy in the EEG band. By combining the EEG recording with a stimulus (e.g., light, sound, touch, etc., or a combination), it is possible to determine the IAF, due to the resonant properties of the brain.

  • Publication number: 20220379132
Abstract: An apparatus and method configured to control a brain stimulation device. The apparatus and method include a brain stimulation apparatus including, an input unit configured to receive at least one biological metric measurement value of a user, a neural network unit configured to determine a treatment pulse frequency equal to a weighted sum of the at least one biological metric measurement value of the user, wherein the weighted sum includes a plurality of weighting factors corresponding to each of the at least one biological metric measurement values, and wherein the plurality of weighting factors are determined based on optimized outcome results from previous administered treatments using treatment pulse frequencies determined by previous weighting factors, and a control unit configured to control a motor to operate at the treatment pulse frequency determined.

  • Publication number: 20210346710
Abstract: Described are methods, and devices for modulating the brain activity of a person by varying pulse interval of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) or Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS). The pulse interval variation is chosen so that the interval frequency distribution of pulses for a treatment session approximates the EEG frequency distribution of the person.

  • Patent number: 8429004
Abstract: Methods and systems for measuring retail store display compliance are provided. One or more images of one or more retail store conditions are captured and associated with related information. The one or more captured images and the related information are transmitted to a processing location for storage and processing. The one or more captured images and the related information are received at the processing location, stored in a repository and processed. The one or more retail store conditions in the one or more captured images are compared with a library to identify them and obtain identification information. The one or more identified captured images and identification information for the one or more retail store conditions are stored in the repository. The one or more retail store conditions in the one or more captured images and identification information are analyzed and one or more summary reports or one or more alerts are generated based upon the analysis.
