  • Patent number: 10024475
Abstract: The invention relates to a tapping fitting, having a saddle component for positioning on and cohesively connecting to a tubular component, and having a clamping device for clamping the saddle component on the tubular component, characterized in that the clamping device has a tiltable clamping lever with a sliding profile, wherein the clamping lever is mounted via the sliding profile in a bearing shell in a first peripheral portion of the saddle component, and wherein a clamping band is attached on one side to the clamping lever at a distance from a rotation axis about which the clamping lever is tiltable in the bearing shell, and on the other side to a second peripheral portion, located opposite the first peripheral portion, of the saddle component, such that in the case of a tapping fitting positioned on a tubular component, when the clamping lever is tilted, the clamping band is biased and the tapping fitting is pressed against the tubular component.

  • Patent number: 8573082
Abstract: A drive cartridge comprises an actuating mechanism, in which a spindle can be guided in a hollow cylindrical drive element between two end positions at an axial distance from one another. The positions are defined by the axial length of the drive element. A dome-shaped casing surrounds the drive element in a non-rotatable and non-displaceable manner. The drive element has an external contour with an eccentric profile and the internal contour of the dome-shaped casing has a positive fit only in those areas of the drive element in which the permissible normal stress exceeds a predefined upper limit.

  • Patent number: 8181934
Abstract: The invention relates to a shut-off device comprising a housing which is to be connected to an adjacent conduit in a pressure-tight manner. A tubular passage is defined in the housing for a medium flowing through the conduit. Said device also comprises at least one sealing body which can be displaced by an articulated mechanism, by means of an adjusting drive that can be moved vertically in relation to the direction of flow, from an open position into a closed position in which the sealing contour of the at least one sealing body comes into contact with the tubular passage in a radially sealing manner. The articulated mechanism is guided parallel to the direction of displacement of the adjusting drive and comprises a bearing body to which the at least one sealing body is pivotably applied.

  • Patent number: 7406983
Abstract: The invention relates to a shut-off fitting comprising a housing which is connected to an adjacent pipeline in a pressure tight manner, the diameter of said pipeline defining a tubular passage in the housing. Said fitting also comprises at least one closing body which can be displaced between an open position and a closed position. The inventive shut-off fitting is characterized in that the at least one closing body can be displaced by an articulated mechanism, by means of an actuator which can be vertically displaced in relation to the flow direction, in such a way that it is arranged outside the tubular passage in its open position. The closing body has a contour which is adapted to the contour of the tubular passage, in the open position, and is located on the tubular passage in a radially sealing manner.
