Abstract: This disclosure provides modulators of Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) having core structure (I), pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one such modulator, methods of treatment of CFTR mediated diseases, including cystic fibrosis, using such modulators and pharmaceutical compositions, combination pharmaceutical compositions and combination therapies employing those modulators, and processes and intermediates for making such modulators.

Abstract: A composition and corresponding method for immunomodulation. The composition includes an emulsion formed from a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier mixed with active ingredients. The pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is between 15-85 wt % of the composition. The active ingredients include an effective amount of a hemp extract to provide a source of exogenous cannabinoids, an effective amount of a cannabinoid enhancer to inhibit cannabinoid hydrolases, an effective amount of a fatty acid amide to enhance cannabinoid activity via an entourage effect, an effective amount of a kava extract to alleviate anxiety, and an effective amount of an alkaloid to enhance bioavailability of one or more of the active ingredients.

Abstract: Method for assisting a real estate holding company to maintain an optimal valuation of a number of properties having a number of buildings includes the steps of selecting a property for inspection, launching an application, from an electronic computing device, for identifying one or more serviceable roofs among a number roofs of the buildings within the property, obtaining a series of time-lapse images of the roofs of the buildings within the property, analyzing the series of time-lapse images of the roofs using artificial intelligence-based instructions of the application to identify a variety of roof characteristics, identifying the buildings with one or more serviceable roofs requiring maintenance by analyzing a number of pixelated images of the roofs of the buildings and contacting an insurance service provider providing insurance coverage to the buildings with the serviceable roofs requiring maintenance to perform necessary maintenance activities.

Abstract: A system and method for assisting an insurance service provider to process an insurance request for a roof associated with a building includes the steps of receiving a request for insuring the roof, followed by launching an application for identifying information related to the roof within a selected period of time and utilizing the application to analyze a series of time-lapse images of the roof obtained from past and real-time satellite images of the geographical area. The series of time-lapse images of the roof provides information related to the roof including roof characteristics and other past and present damages and maintenance related information associated with the roof. Comparing sequential changes in a number of pixels in the series of time-lapse images provides the maintenance and damages related information. The insurance service provider compares the above information with preset roof conditions to determine the insurance eligibility status of the roof.
