  • Publication number: 20100163907
Abstract: The application discloses a light-emitting diode chip level package structure including: a permanent substrate having a first surface and a second surface; a first electrode on the first surface; a second electrode on the second surface; an adhesive layer on where the first surface of the permanent substrate is not covered by the first electrode; a growth substrate on the adhesive layer; a patterned semiconductor structure on the growth substrate; a third electrode and a fourth electrode on the patterned semiconductor structure and electrically connect with the patterned semiconductor structure; an electrical connecting structure on the sidewall of the patterned semiconductor structure electrically connecting the third electrode and the fourth electrode with the first electrode; and an insulation layer located on the side wall of the patterned semiconductor structure and between the electrical connecting structure for electrically insulating the patterned semiconductor structure.

  • Publication number: 20100156620
Abstract: A device would be installed in the rear of an automobile to help cultivate better driving habits. The habit in question is tailgating (following too closely). Once installed, the device is activated automatically when the car following the subject car is not keeping its proper distance with subject car without the necessity of any input from the driver of the subject car. Once activated the device communicates with the driver of the car following the subject car through visual and other means to help maintain a safer following distance. This device will gauge the speed and distance between the subject car and the car following it, and signal the driver of the following car to adjust the distance for a safer commute. This will be accomplished by a signaling system to the driver of the following car by visual or mechanical means.

  • Publication number: 20060285446
Abstract: A time display apparatus for displaying time with phosphorescent materials illuminated by light with a fixed wavelength. The invention employs transparent pointers deposited with at least one phosphorescent material and illuminated by light with a fixed wavelength in order to show time with various colors. Moreover, there are provided many combinations of these transparent pointers for displaying time with multicolored manners.

  • Publication number: 20060223281
Abstract: This utility discloses a manufacturing structure, suitable for at least one component that accomplishes manufacturing structure with high density and high suppleness. This structure comprises a substrate and at least one hole. These holes are arranged to be an array on the substrate. The size of the hole tallies with the size of the single component that is set into each hole one by one. At the same time, on the substrate, the single component can be a selection unit that selects a distribution area for dividing. By way of mentioned above, the manufacturing structure with high density and high suppleness can be obtained and avoids the waste of the manufacturing cost.

  • Patent number: 6911079
Abstract: The resistivity of a p-doped III-V or a p-doped II-VI semiconductor material is reduced. The reduction of resistivity of the p-type III-V or a II-VI semiconductor material is achieved by applying an electric field to the semiconductor material. III-V nitride-based light emitting diodes are prepared.
