  • Patent number: 11987372
Abstract: An assembly including a nacelle element, such as a cover, a device for locking the nacelle element, a key for locking/unlocking the locking device and an indicator for indicating the position of the locking device. This assembly includes a control device which is configured to be actuated by the key when the key is withdrawn from the locking device so as to make the indicator move from a first state to a second state, the state of the indicator being representative of the locked or unlocked position of the locking device.

  • Publication number: 20230039569
Abstract: A thrust reverser including doors and at least one flexible deflector obstructing a lateral opening of the thrust reverser when the doors are open. Such a deflector allows better controlling the airflows in thrust reverser configuration and maximizing the counter-thrust force.

  • Publication number: 20220316426
Abstract: A door for a thrust reverser of a propulsion assembly, the door being provided with a flexible baffle. The baffle is configured to change state by moving from a folded position to an unfolded position, and vice versa, depending on the configuration of the reverser. When the reverser is in reverse jet configuration, the door is open and the baffle is in an unfolded position in order to direct a flow of gas upstream of the propulsion assembly, thus generating a counter-thrust. When the reverser is in direct jet configuration, the door is closed and the baffle is in a folded position so as to cancel or minimise interference caused by the baffle in the flow of gas passing through the propulsion assembly and thus generating a thrust.

  • Patent number: 11401887
Abstract: An improved thrust reverser for an aircraft propulsion assembly includes redirection of the air flow for performing the thrust reversal by one or more closure membranes, i.e. by thin and flexible structures deployed across the propulsion assembly. The improved thrust reverser includes at least one closure membrane arranged to deflect at least one portion of the air flow in the direction of the evacuation structure when the thrust reverser is in the reverse jet position and an intermediate structure movable in rotation relative to the fixed structure.

  • Patent number: 8925332
Abstract: A seal assembly for a turbojet nacelle includes a first end fastened to a first structure, and a second end contacting against a bearing zone of a second structure. The seal assembly further includes a plurality of adjacent blades arranged along the first end and extending longitudinally and perpendicularly thereto. In particular, a portion of the blades has an accordion-shaped structure.

  • Publication number: 20140318149
Abstract: A fire-resistant seal for a propulsion assembly which includes a pylon, an O-duct type nacelle of a turbojet engine. The nacelle includes an inner fixed nacelle structure and a combustion gas ejection primary nozzle, and the fire-resistant seal is placed in an annular sector defined by the inner fixed nacelle and the gas ejection primary nozzle. In particular, the fire-resistant seal includes a plurality of baffles, and the plurality of baffles are longitudinally disposed so as not to interfere each other during a longitudinal translational movement of the inner fixed nacelle structure relative to the combustion gas ejection primary nozzle.
