  • Publication number: 20230191461
Abstract: To clean components in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, such as an optical system or an electron beam system, a component is heated in a chamber. A supercritical fluid formulation is applied to the component in the chamber, which removes molecular and/or particulate contaminants. The supercritical fluid formulation can include one or more of carbon dioxide, water, HCF, alkane, alkene, nitrous oxide, methanol, ethanol, or acetone.

  • Patent number: 9953131
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel short interfering RNA (siRNA) molecules that are multi-targeted. More specifically, the present invention relates to siRNA molecules that target two or more sequences. In one embodiment, multi-targeting siRNA molecules are designed to incorporate features of siRNA molecules and features of micro-RNA (miRNA) molecules. In another embodiment, multi-targeting siRNA molecules are designed so that each strand is directed to separate targets.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20020109843
Abstract: A method and system to determine an alignment of a workpiece, with respect to a tool, by backlighting the workpiece. The workpiece includes fiducials, and the backlighting results in electromagnetic radiation passing through the fiducial. The electromagnetic energy emerging from the fiducial defines an emergent flux. A circumference of the emergent flux is ascertained, and the alignment is determined as a function of the circumference.
