    Abstract: The present disclosure provides for an apparatus for accessing a management system comprising a memory operable to store a plurality of customer reviews received from a plurality of external sources and a processor operably coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to receive the plurality of customer reviews, wherein receiving the plurality of customer reviews comprises of transmitting a functional call at a pre-determined frequency with property identifiers to an application programming interface (API). The processor is further configured to categorize each of the received plurality of customer reviews into a designated category and to generate a response to one of the received plurality of customer reviews. The processor is further configured to transmit the generated response to one of the plurality of external sources and to display each of the received plurality of customer reviews through one or more widgets on a user interface of the management system.
