    Abstract: Embodiments include methods for a user equipment (UE) to report failure of an inter-radio access technology (RAT) mobility procedure from a source cell to a target cell. Such methods include receiving, from a source node serving the source cell, a command to perform an inter-RAT mobility procedure towards the target cell, which uses a different RAT than the source cell. Such methods include detecting a failure associated with the inter-RAT mobility procedure. The failure cause is either the UE was unable to comply with a configuration included in the command or a protocol error associated with inter-RAT information included in the command. Such methods include sending a failure report, including an indication of the failure cause, to a node serving a cell the UE connected to after detecting the failure. Other embodiments include complementary methods for network nodes, as well as UEs and network nodes configured to perform such methods.

The method includes experiencing a failure while attempting the handover. The method includes storing first failure information associated with the failure. The method includes performing a DAPS fallback to the cell based at least in part on experiencing the failure. The method includes experiencing a radio link failure, RLF, while being connected to the cell. The method includes storing second failure information associated with experiencing the RLF. The method includes transmitting the first or second failure information towards the SON.

The method further comprises generating a RLF report responsive to declaring the RLF, the RLF report comprising the HO configuration or CHO configuration, a successful HO report, information about one or more associated time durations, one or more radio link measurements for one or more CHO candidate cells associated to the CHO configuration received from the source cell, or any combination thereof.     Abstract: Embodiments include methods performed by a network node, in a radio access network, RAN, that is a target node candidate for a mobility operation of a user equipment, UE. Such methods include receiving, from a source node serving the UE, a request to prepare a mobility procedure for the UE in relation to a candidate target cell associated with the network node. The request can include characteristics associated with a data connection of the UE. Such methods include determining that the UE can be admitted for the requested mobility procedure based on the characteristics, and determining to activate bicasting of the data connection. Different bicasting modes can be selected. Such methods also include transmitting, to the source node, a response that includes a bicasting configuration associated with the UE. Other embodiments include complementary methods performed by source nodes, as well as network nodes configured to perform such methods.

In some embodiments, a method performed by the wireless device for restricting a number of stored PSCells in MHI comprises storing PSCell history information in memory of the wireless device for a maximum number of PSCells. The PSCell history information is part of MHI stored for the wireless device.
