  • Patent number: 11385164
Abstract: A method of calibration of a device for analyzing at least one element present in a sample, said device including: a detection assembly configured to acquire an image formed by the interference between a light source and said sample; and digital processing means configured to detect a digital position of at least one element in said sample based on said acquired image; said calibration method including the implementation of a plurality of predetermined displacements of said sample with respect to said detection assembly and, for all of said displacements, the detection of a digital position of a same element to determine the digital position and the real position matching model according to the predetermined displacements and to the digital positions of said element after each displacement.

  • Patent number: 10831156
Abstract: A device for acquisition of particles present in a sample includes a spatially coherent light source, an optical system, and an image sensor placed in the focal plane of the optical system. The image sensor is configured to capture an intensity image. A computational unit of the device is configured to construct a series of electromagnetic propagation matrices obtained for a plurality of defocusing offsets relative to a plane of focus of the optics. The computational unit is also configured to determine a first average focused electromagnetic matrix for the particles from the series of electromagnetic matrices, identifying at least one of the particles in the first electromagnetic matrix and storing the coordinates of said particle, and determining a second electromagnetic matrix at a distance of focus on a particle identified from the components of the series of electromagnetic matrices having the stored coordinates.

  • Patent number: 10704075
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for determining the reaction of at least one bacterium of interest to its exposure to an antibiotic implementing a Raman spectroscopy analysis comprising the following steps: Having a biological sample that could contain said bacteria of interest, Preparing at least two fractions of said sample each comprising one or more living bacteria of interest, Capturing, in each fraction, at least one living bacterium of interest by using a binding partner, Exposing at least one of the fractions to at least one concentration of at least one given antibiotic, the other of the fractions being the control fraction, Submitting the bacterium/bacteria of interest contained in the fractions to an incident light and analyzing the resultant light obtained by Raman diffusion by the bacterium/bacteria of interest by Raman spectroscopy in order to obtain as many Raman spectra as bacteria, Treating said spectra in order to obtain a signature of the reaction of the or each bacterium/bacteria of int

  • Patent number: 10458897
Abstract: The invention concerns a method for identifying biological particles from a stack of holographic images obtained by means of an optical system. A stack of image blocks centered on the biological particle to be analysed is extracted from the stack of images and a reference block corresponding to the focus plan is determined. A characteristic magnitude is calculated for each block of the stack and the profile of this characteristic magnitude along the optical axis of the system is compared with a plurality of standard profiles relative to known types of particle. Alternatively, blocks of the stack are extracted from the stack of blocks for predetermined defocusing deviations and the extracted blocks are compared with standard blocks relative to known types of particle.
