Abstract: The invention described herein is kit for making wine comprising a rigidly-walled container that houses a bag within which the juice is fermented through a fermentation lock. After the juice is fermented, the opening used for the fermentation lock is sealed, the yeast is permitted to settle to the bottom to the bottom and a tap delivery means in the side of the juice bag is used to deliver the wine. As wine is dispensed, the juice bag correspondingly collapses without there being any air intake. After the wine has been consumed, the bag is disposed of in the garbage or recycling bin.
