Abstract: An insect repellent comprised of all-natural ingredients to be applied directly to human skin, articles of clothing, and pets. The repellent action is attributable to a blend of essential oils of lemongrass, peppermint, thyme, geranium, and rosemary. The essential oils are blended into a carrier comprised of soybean oil and wheat germ oil. The resulting blend is effective against flying insects and arthropods, is non-toxic and safe for use on children, and is environmentally safe.
