  • Patent number: 7780036
Abstract: A handbasket includes a container and a handle. The container includes an upper rim, a pair of opposed side panels, and a pair of opposed end panels, with each side panel including a generally concave exterior surface. The handle extends between, and is pivotally mounted relative to, the respective opposed end panels of the container. The handle is movable between a first generally vertically upright position relative to the container and a second position. In the second position, a first portion of the handle rests against the upper rim of the container and a second portion of the handle is spaced from the upper rim adjacent the generally concave exterior surface of one of the respective side panels to define a grasping zone for grasping the handle for movement between the first position and the second position of the handle relative to the container.

  • Patent number: 7651459
Abstract: A device provides simple positioning of the patient's head and simple positioning of the TMS coil relative to a coordinate system of the patient's head once the head is positioned. The TMS coil is fixed at a treatment position in the coordinate system of the patient's head and the position in the coordinate system is recorded for use in subsequent clinical sessions. A positioner assembly supports the weight of the TMS coil and allows the operator to freely move the TMS coil to search for the patient's motor threshold position (MTP) and/or the treatment position (TXP). If the TXP is in registration with the MTP, once the MTP is determined, the positioner assembly requires only a single adjustment of the magnet position to locate the TXP where the coil is locked in place for the duration of the TMS therapy.

  • Publication number: 20080302365
Abstract: A respiratory mask having a shell and a cushion that is adhered to a user's face is sufficiently rigid to provide dimensional stability and a constant volume between the respiratory mask and the user's face, while also being comfortable and conformable to a user's individual facial features. The respiratory mask may cover the nose, the mouth, or both of the user and is useful for respiratory therapies including sleep apnea. The respiratory mask may have a quick release mechanism such as a pull tab that tears a portion of the mask when pulled to allow access to the user's breathing passage or a pull string embedded in the adhesive that breaks the seal between the adhesive and the user's face when pulled.
