  • Publication number: 20230242443
Abstract: What is disclosed is a cellulose-based product and a method for producing the aggregate admix product that includes the steps of thoroughly hydrating cellulose fibers, mixing clay and mineral particulates with a liquid to produce an emulsion, adding the emulsion to the hydrated cellulose fibers, and thoroughly impregnating the cellulose fibers with components from the emulsion and producing an aggregate admix product. The aggregate admix product is combined with cement and a liquid to create a cementitious product that can be directly sprayed onto building structures.

  • Publication number: 20220396008
Abstract: A manufacturing process for a material includes the steps of impregnating a predetermined amount of cellulose fibers with a predetermined amount of clay particulates, adding a predetermined amount of plastic, applying high heat to carbonize the combined materials and manipulating the combined materials while applying heat, and forming the carbonized combined materials by one of extrusion, casting, stamping, and as a 3-D printing filament

  • Patent number: 8162568
Abstract: A remediation system for decontaminating a polluted site that delivers a remediation fluid to the polluted site and receives a contaminated effluent from the polluted site. The system includes a reactor that receives the contaminated effluent and generates an exit fluid stream and a first flow control mechanism coupled to the outlet of the reactor that releases a controlled portion of the exit fluid from the system, and delivers the remaining portion of the exit fluid as the remediation fluid, or delivers the remaining portion to a second flow control mechanism for combination with a controlled quantity of the second reactant to form the remediation fluid.

  • Publication number: 20090028645
Abstract: A remediation system and method for decontaminating a polluted site. An outlet system is to deliver a remediation fluid to the polluted site, and an inlet system receives a contaminated effluent from the polluted site. A processing system extracts a contaminant component from the contaminated effluent. A reactor receives the extracted contaminant component as a first reactant, and also, a second reactant. The reactor generates a reaction product-containing exit fluid stream, a controlled portion of which is released from the system. The remaining portion of the reactor exit fluid forms the remediation fluid. Optionally, the remaining portion is combined with a controlled quantity of the second reactant to form the remediation fluid. In addition, a controlled quantity of diluent/coolant fluid may be delivered into a reaction process in the reactor and/or downstream of the reaction process, and/or separately in a heat transfer system.
