Abstract: The present invention is a therapeutic hand pouch assembly which through deep pressure therapy provides calm and soothing effects to the wearer. The assembly has a main body that includes an outer layer of fabric and defines an interior of gel, foam, glass beads, or combinations thereof. The assembly includes opposed straps or elastic bands having adjustment options so as to be wearable on a person's hand. Such assembly is inexpensive, durable, washable, portable, fully protective and ideally adapted to provide an improved experience to a user of any age under stress conditions.
