In some aspects, the present disclosure provides a curtain wall system including a plurality of adjacent panels of the present disclosure and at least one joining member configured to be received within a recess formed by the at least one elastic member of at least two of the plurality of adjacent panels. In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for assembling a curtain wall system of the present disclosure.
