  • Publication number: 20230274095
Abstract: Described herein is an Autonomous Conversational AI system, which does not require any human configuration or annotation, and is used to have multi-tum dialogs with a user. A typical Conversational AI system consists of three main models: Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Dialog Manager (DM) and Natural Language Generation (NLG), which requires human provided data and configuration. The system proposed herein leverages novel Conversational AI methods which automatically generates conversational AI configuration from any historical conversation logs. The automatically generated configuration contains Auto-Topics, Auto-Subtopics, Auto-Intents, Auto-Responses and Auto-Flows which are used to automatically train NLU, DM and NLG models. Once these models are trained for given conversation logs, the system can be used to have dialog with any user.

  • Patent number: 11689469
Abstract: In computer networks, unicast and multicast are information transmission methods. Multicast is when one sender station or device transfers information to all of the other stations or devices in the computer network. Multicast packets sent from devices in a network can be sent directly to a server that will monitor and record the number of multicast packets being submitted from each device in the network. The server may perform actions to regulate the transmission of multicast packets if one or more devices is transmitting too many multicast packets in the network. Thus, the server will be able to monitor and regulate the performance, security, and traffic flow of data in the network, and prevent any deficiency in the network communication due to an excess amount of multicast packets being transmitted.

  • Publication number: 20220374420
Abstract: The present invention relates generally to the field of providing a computer-implemented system and method that supports ad hoc multilingual Natural Language database questions that are transformed in realtime to Database queries using a suite of cascading Deep Neural Networks which are initially and continuously trained through schema information and question-query examples.

  • Patent number: 8069433
Abstract: A multi-format centralized framework for the distribution of resources. The framework allows product teams to update resources independent of a product build process and, to store and distribute the resources from a central repository (a shared resource server system) in multiple formats. The central repository includes a storage structure that can support all markets and all products. Resources can now be updated on the product frontend or delivered directly to the client when requested. Team resources can be stored in a single file format (e.g., RESX) and distributed in multiple formats (e.g., XML, RESX, JS, etc.). Both server-side and client-side rendering are supported. In further support of the deployment of updated localized strings without requiring a build, the architecture supports the sub-versioning of strings. In support of scalability, different levels of caching of the strings through edge cache and custom designed cache mechanism are provided.

  • Publication number: 20090006634
Abstract: A variation of a static base asset used to build a web page is generated responsively to a client browser request using a descriptive file path that is included with the base asset's file name in the request. The descriptive file path employs a specific syntax to declare one or more variable parameters which are placed in the file name. Different values for the variable parameters will map to different variations of the base asset which can be used to implement various themes or other characteristics for the page. Server-side processes parse the variable parameter names from the request, and specify values for them. The variation of the base static asset that maps to the specified values is located and retrieved from a resource store. That variation is renamed to match the file name contained in the request and is included in a response back to the client browser.

  • Publication number: 20060294451
Abstract: Systems and/or methods are described that enable an electronic form to be rendered using a template. The template may be independent of the electronic form's current state or instance. In one embodiment, the systems and/or methods build a rendering file to render a current instance of an electronic form using the template and a view tree associated with the current instance.

  • Publication number: 20060230338
Abstract: Systems and/or methods are described that enable a data-driven action associated with altering a data instance of a network form without altering and/or having access to the data instance. These systems and/or methods, in one embodiment, render a result of a data-driven action for a network form without transforming the network form's data instance. In another embodiment, the systems and/or methods map a data-driven action to a view-centric logical representation of the electronic form.

  • Publication number: 20060168527
Abstract: Various embodiments can support a richly dynamic form environment that permits editing on the client side and can alleviate many of the server-imposed processing complexities that have existed in the past. In at least some embodiments, complex editing scenarios permit users to make complex editing changes on a form, and have those editing changes captured and rendered on the client side for later communication to the server. Particular aspects of at least some of the embodiments can permit scalability, and can, in at least some instances, be employed in the context of a wide variety of browsers having different levels of capability, e.g. “thin” and “thick” browsers.

  • Publication number: 20060161837
Abstract: Systems and/or methods that enable an operation associated with an altered structure of a data instance of a network form without first altering the structure of the data instance are described. These systems and/or methods, in one embodiment, enable an operation of a network form eventually requiring alteration of a structure of a data instance of the network form without first performing a roundtrip with the network form's network computer. In another embodiment, the systems and/or methods approximate a view and editing experience associated with a structural change to a data instance of a network form without structurally changing the data instance.
