  • Patent number: 11916302
Abstract: A test and measurement system includes a test and measurement device having input channels, a reference array of antennas connected to the input channels, one or more processors in the test and measurement device configured to execute code to cause the one or more processors to receive a first signal from a phased array of antennas connected to a device under test directed at a first side of the reference array, receive a second signal from the phased array of antennas connected to the device under test directed at a second side of the reference array, without moving the device under test, the phased array, or the reference array.

Inventors: Donald J. Dalebroux, Amr Haj-Omar
  • Patent number: 11619657
Abstract: An accessory device has a test port, an instrument port to connect to an instrument having an operating bandwidth, and one or more configurable signal paths connectable between the test port and the instrument port to convert a signal from the test port having a first frequency range to a signal having a second frequency range different than the first frequency range. A test and measurement system has a test and measurement instrument having an operating bandwidth, and an accessory device. The accessory device has a first instrument port to connect the accessory device to the test and measurement instrument, a test port to connect the accessory device to a device under test, and one or more configurable signal paths connectable between the test port and the instrument port to down-convert a signal from the test port having a first frequency range to a signal having a second frequency range lower than the first frequency range.

  • Patent number: 11185468
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are disclosed for monitoring the dispensing of a fluid from a container. In one aspect, a system includes a conformal substrate including a mechanically flexible and an electrically insulative material, the substrate attached and conformed to a container containing a fluid; a data acquisition unit including a sensor and a signal processing circuit formed on the conformal substrate, in which the sensor transduces an occurrence of the fluid dispensing from the container into an electrical signal, and the signal processing circuit amplifies the electrical signal; a data processing unit formed on the conformal substrate and in communication with the data acquisition unit to process the amplified electrical signal as data; and a communications unit formed on the conformal substrate and in communication with the data processing unit to wirelessly transmit the processed data to a remote device.
    Type: Grant

Inventors: Todd Prentice Coleman, Robert N. Weinreb, Yun Soung Kim, Michael Bajema, Dae Kang, Amr Haj Omar
  • Patent number: 11154231
Abstract: Disclosed are flexible and stretchable antenna devices, systems and methods of use and manufacture. In some aspects, a flexible and stretchable antenna device includes an adhesive substrate having flexible and stretchable material properties and capable of adhering to a surface of an object; and an antenna attached on or at least partially embedded within the adhesive substrate, the antenna including a radiating element and a ground element, in which one or both of the radiating element and the ground element include a mesh structure allowing the antenna device to transmit or receive wireless communication signals at a predetermined operating frequency while being stretched.
