Abstract: A forming control method for a resistive random-access memory cell array is provided. While a forming action of the resistive random-access memory cell array is performed, a verification action is performed to judge whether the forming action on the resistive random-access memory cells has been successfully done. By properly changing a forming voltage or a pulse width, the forming actions on all of the resistive random-access memory cells of the resistive random-access memory cell array can be successfully done.

Abstract: A hydrophobic finishing apparatus of a fabric is described. The hydrophobic finishing apparatus includes a first spray coating device, at least one first plasma device, a second spray coating device and at least one second plasma device. The first spray coating device is configured to spray a hydrophobic agent to a first side of the fabric. The first plasma device is disposed at the rear of the first spray coating device and is configured to perform a first plasma treatment on the first side of the fabric. The second spray coating device is disposed at the rear of the first plasma device and is configured to spray the hydrophobic agent to a second side of the fabric. The second plasma device is disposed at the rear of the second spray coating device and is configured to perform a second plasma treatment on the second side of the fabric.

Abstract: A waterproof testing system and a method thereof are provided. The method includes a master device controls a gas tester to adjust gas pressure for a sample; when the master device determines an effect pressure value is equal to a goal pressure value, the master device controls the gas tester to adjust gas pressure for the sample to the goal pressure value continuing in a first length of time; the master device determines whether the effect pressure value still maintains within a first pressure range; if yes, the master device controls the gas tester to stop adjusting the gas pressure for the sample; the master device determines whether the effect pressure value maintains within a second pressure range; if yes, the master device determines a time the effect pressure value maintains within the second pressure range exceeded a second length of time; and if yes, the waterproof test is successful.

A front end of the suction cylinder is a thread post with outer thread. The thread post has a central through hole and a plurality of small air holes around the through hole. The thread post is screwed with a nut of a joint. A valve and a drain-proof ring are installed between the joint and the thread post. The valve is a rubber washer and two ends of the washer have respective pins. The two pins are inserted into a central through hole of the joint and the central through hole of the thread post. The central through holes of the joint and the thread post are retained with a predetermined distance.
