    Abstract: Disclosed is a simple synthesis method of lactam derivatives, comprising: with formamide functioning as both an amine source and a hydrogen source (hydrolyzed to produce formic acid), carrying out a cycloamination reaction on a raw material keto acid in the absence of a solvent or a catalyst to simply synthesize a lactam derivative. Compared with previous reports, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the time required for the reaction is greatly shortened, the selectivity is remarkably improved, a conversion rate of a keto acid derivative is greater than 99%, and the yield of the lactam derivative can reach 70% to 94%.

    Abstract: A two-step diffusion method for preparing high-performance dual-main-phase sintered mischmetal-iron-boron magnet belongs to the preparing technical field of rare earth permanent magnet materials. The compositions of the two main phase alloys are RE-Fe—B (RE is Nd or Pr) and (Nd, MM)-Fe—B (MM is mischmetal), respectively. First, PrHoFe strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. Next, a PrHo-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of (Nd, MM)-Fe—B hydrogen decrepitation powders. The higher anisotropic fields of Pr2Fe14B and Ho2Fe14B are used to improve the coercivity. Then, the ZrCu strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. A Zr-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of the powders after the first-step diffusion, which prevents the growth of the MM-rich main phase grains during the sintering process and the inter-diffusion between the two main phases, thus obtaining high coercivity.

The method includes: 1) mixing and reacting a vanadium source, a choline chloride-organic carboxylic acid eutectic solvent, and alcohol; 2) mixing the obtained reaction product with a phosphorus source, raising the temperature to a temperature higher than the melting point of the eutectic solvent, and continuing the reaction to obtain an oxovanadium phosphate precursor; and 3) calcining to obtain the oxovanadium phosphate catalyst. The alcohol is: benzyl alcohol or a mixture of C3-C8 monohydric alcohol and benzyl alcohol. The present method uses a green and inexpensive eutectic solvent to strengthen the preparation of oxovanadium phosphate catalyst, avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, and overcoming the problems of low yield and poor selectivity when used in a reaction to prepare maleic anhydride by catalytic n-butane selective oxidisation.
