  • Publication number: 20230360497
Abstract: A computerized system (100) for enabling a plurality of mobile client devices (10) to participate in near real-time in digitalized game events (50) is provided herein. The system (100) comprises a ticket handling module (20) configured to receive user selections (16) from the plurality of mobile client devices (10) being indicative of desired participation in selected digitalized game events (50) among the digitalized game events (50), and in response thereto accommodate the user selections (16) by generating tickets (32) representing participation in the selected digitalized game events (50), wherein the user selections (16) are received during a predetermined time period (tp), the predetermined time period (tp) being associated with a live time of the corresponding digitalized game event (50).

  • Patent number: 8578781
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device to indicate a predetermined critical corrosion of a metallic structure located in soil, water or concrete environment. The device comprises a probe that has a closed tubular container intended to contain a pressurized medium, and that has a wall thickness t that corresponds to the predetermined critical corrosion. A protective coating is arranged essentially over the entire outside of the container with the exception of a surface that is intended to be subjected to corrosion attack. The container is allowed to corrode so that the container becomes perforated, whereupon the pressure of the pressurized medium falls. The pressure change is measured by means of a pressure gauge, and in this way, information is obtained about the fact that the corrosion has reached the predetermined critical level.

  • Patent number: 7605766
Abstract: A multi-band radio antenna device (1) for a radio communication terminal is disclosed. The antenna device comprises a substrate and a radiating antenna element thereon having a radio signal feeding point (13), wherein the radiating element comprises a continuous trace of conductive material. The continuous trace has a first radiating portion connected to said radio signal feeding point comprising a at least partly meandered radiating portion (11) arranged distal from said radio signal feeding point (13) and connected to an elongate radiating portion (10) arranged proximal to and connected to said signal feeding point, and a second radiating portion (12) connected as a branch to said first radiating portion at a branching position (14) thereof arranged distal from said radio signal feeding point (13). The antenna device offers a minimized number of necessary contacts and improved antenna efficiency.

  • Patent number: 6650294
Abstract: Broadband multi-resonant antennas utilize capacitive coupling between multiple conductive plates for compact antenna applications. The number and design of conductive plates may be set to achieve the desired bandwidth. In one exemplary embodiment the antenna may be designed for four resonant frequencies and may include three L shaped legs each including a micro-strip conductive plate and connection pin, with configurations approximately parallel to one another. The center L shaped leg may be a feed patch with a feed pin connected to a transmitter, receiver, or transceiver. The upper L shaped leg may be a dual band main patch and ground pin. The dual band main patch may have two different branches with different lengths and areas to handle three of four desired resonant frequencies. The lower L shaped leg may be a parasitic high band patch and ground pin designed to handle one of the two higher desired resonant frequencies.

  • Patent number: 6456250
Abstract: A multi frequency band antenna with a low band portion (LB) tuned to a low frequency band, and a first high band portion (HB1) tuned to a first high frequency band at higher frequencies than the low frequency band. The low band portion (LB) and the first high band portion (HB1) have a common first grounding point (GP1), a common feeding point (FP) for feeding input signals to the antenna and for outputting signals from the antenna, and a first conductor portion (CP1), which forms part of the low band portion (LB) and of the first high band portion (HB1). The first conductor portion (CP1) is electrically connected to the first grounding point (GP1) and to the common feeding point (FP), A second high band portion (HB2) is coupled to the first conductor portion (CP1) and tuned to a second high frequency band at a higher frequency than the low frequency band and different from the first high frequency band.
