  • Patent number: 9797278
Abstract: An adjustable camshaft may include an inner shaft and an outer shaft arranged coaxially thereto. The camshaft may also include a camshaft adjuster having a stator connected to the outer shaft in a torque-proof manner, and a rotor connected to the inner shaft. The camshaft may further include an integral first connection contour provided at an end of the inner shaft, and an integral second connection contour complementary to the integral first connection contour and provided on the rotor. The connection contours may directly or indirectly enable an interlocking connection between the inner shaft and the rotor.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 25, 2015
Date of Patent: October 24, 2017
    Assignee: Mahle International GmbH
Inventors: Thomas Flender, Alf Heydenblut, Michael Kreisig, Andre Maeder, Antonio Menonna, Juergen Rommel, Stefan Steichele, Christoph Steinmetz
  • Patent number: 9751163
Abstract: A method for producing a pendulum of a pendulum slide cell pump may include providing a prefabricated pendulum body and performing a post-machining operation on the pendulum body only at a plurality of contact locations at which the pendulum body contacts at least one of an inner rotor and an outer rotor of the pendulum slide cell pump.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9394893
Abstract: A controllable hydraulic oscillating slide machine includes an inner rotor arranged in a housing and having cylindrical recesses. A bearing is formed in the housing, in which a co-rotating outer rotor is mounted eccentrically to the inner rotor, the outer rotor having several pivotably suspended slide drivers that engage into the recesses of the inner rotor for rotationally driving the outer rotor by way of the inner rotor and form modifiable chambers. The slide drivers may each be coupled to a piston that is guided in a respective associated recess. A pressure level different from that in the chambers between the inner and the outer rotor may be set in the chambers delimited by the recesses and the associated pistons so that two different pressure levels may be generated and two different consumers can be supplied using the oscillating slide machine.

  • Patent number: 9217432
Abstract: A pendulum-slide pump may include a rotatingly mounted inner rotor connected via at least one pendulum with an outer rotor. The inner rotor may define a plurality of radial grooves configured to receive the pendulum. The grooves may have two groove walls that continues via a rounded region into a shared groove base. The rounded region may have variable groove radii and continue with at least a reduced curvature jump into the groove base or the groove walls. The groove radii may be greated in the translation to the groove walls and to the groove base than therbetween.
