  • Publication number: 20210078375
Abstract: A method for producing a component by a 3D winding method, a filament or a plurality of parallel filaments having a fiber-reinforced plastic composite material is or are laid down on a core in a combination of a plurality of different winding patterns. Every filament is preimpregnated. Every winding pattern influences at least one mechanical characteristic of the component. The mechanical characteristics of the component are selectively adjusted by the sequence, repetition, mixing, and material selection of the individual winding patterns.

  • Patent number: 10864788
Abstract: A four-point link (1) for a wheel suspension of a vehicle, having a core element (2), a thread (3) and four bushings (6). The thread (3) is pre-impregnated with a resin. The core element (2) has a torsional element (4) and four supporting arms (5) integrally connected to the torsional element (4). A bushing (6) is arranged, on each respective distal end of the supporting arms (5), for holding a respective bearing element. The core element (2) and the respective bushings (6) are at least partially wrapped with the thread (3) in order to connect the bushing (6), in each case, to the thread (3) at least in a non-positive manner. In addition, a method for producing the above-mentioned four-point link (1).

  • Publication number: 20200369105
Abstract: A three-point suspension link for a chassis of a vehicle has two arms and a central bearing area. Each arm has a bearing area. The three-point suspension link comprises two load-introducing elements, a central load-introducing element, a stabilization layer, a core element and a supporting winding. The stabilization layer and the supporting winding are formed from a fiber reinforced plastic composite material. A load-introducing element is arranged at every bearing area. The central load-introducing element is arranged at the central bearing area. The core element is surrounded by the stabilization layer in a subarea. The supporting winding surrounds the load-introducing elements, the central load-introducing element, the stabilization layer and the core element in a subarea.

  • Publication number: 20200180376
Abstract: A three-point suspension link for a chassis of a vehicle comprises two load-introducing elements, a central load-introducing element, two core profiles and a supporting winding. The three-point suspension link has two arms and a central bearing area. Each arm is connected to the central bearing area. Each arm has one of the load-introducing elements which is arranged at an end of the corresponding arm opposite the central bearing area. Each arm has a core profile which is spatially arranged between the load-introducing element and the central load-introducing element. The supporting winding surrounds the core profiles and the central load-introducing element in a subarea and is operatively connected to the core profiles, the load-introducing elements and the central load-introducing element.

  • Publication number: 20200139776
Abstract: An axle strut for a vehicle having a shaft and two bearing regions. The axle strut has a supporting profile and two load-introducing elements. The supporting profile is formed from fiber reinforced plastics composite material. A first load-introducing element and a second load-introducing element are arranged at respective bearing region, and the supporting profile is arranged spatially between the two bearing regions. The supporting profile has a first connection area facing the first bearing region and a second connection area facing the second bearing region. Every load-introducing element has a receptacle. The supporting profile is connected by its first connection area and by the receptacle of the first load-introducing element to the first load-introducing element by an adhesive connection, and the supporting profile is connected by its second connection area and by the receptacle of the second load-introducing element to the second load-introducing element by a further adhesive connection.

  • Publication number: 20200130446
Abstract: A four-point link for a wheel suspension of a vehicle includes a core element, a filament and four bushings. The filament is pre-impregnated with a resin. The core element further has a torsional element and four support arms connected integral with the torsional element. The core element and the respective bushing are at least partially wrapped by the filament. The respective bushing for receiving a respective bearing element is arranged at a respective distal end of the respective support arm. The respective bushing has at least one anchor element, and at least one undercut is formed between the at least one anchor element and the bushing, and the core element engages in the undercut for connecting the bushing to the support arm of the core element by positive engagement.

  • Publication number: 20200070608
Abstract: A four-point link for a vehicle includes a core element and a main laminate comprising a fiber reinforced plastics composite material, which wraps around the core element. The core element comprises four load-introducing elements and a foam core, and the four load-introducing elements (4) are connected by positive engagement to the foam core (5). The four-point link has four additional windings, wherein a respective additional winding wraps around a first, second, third and fourth load-introducing element and operatively connects a respective one of the latter to the main laminate. Compressive forces can be introduced into the main laminate (3) by means of every additional winding (6).
