The first surface is joined to the second surface at the edges of both surfaces forming a hollow center. There are ridges or spikes extending normal to the second surface that are arranged in a pattern to produce a cleaning effect. The first surface has a cutout extending through a material thickness of the first surface to expose the hollow center. The hollow center can be used to store pads.
