Abstract: A sport boot includes a sole, an upper associated with the sole which extends substantially continuously to cover, in use, at least the instep, the sides of the foot and a back of the heel, and has an upper edge which defines an opening for insertion of the foot. The upper includes a rear insert which in use covers the back of the heel and is made of a foldable and/or yielding material to be folded towards an inside of the boot to enable insertion of the foot into the boot from the rear part of the boot. A front insert which in use covers the instep, is also made of a yielding material to bind the upper part of the foot uniformly without use of laces and loops and improving comfort and foot-to-ball sensitivity.

Abstract: Buttress for shoes able to be inserted in the heel area of a shoe comprising a locking portion and a yielding portion, less rigid than said locking portion. The locking portion has an upper profile provided, at least in correspondence with an area of first coupling, with a plurality of appendages projecting substantially upwards. The yielding portion has a lower profile having at least an area of second coupling that is substantially counter-shaped and coupled to the area of first coupling. The locking portion further comprises a rear area and two lateral areas (7), the rear area (6) being laterally integral with each of the lateral areas.

Abstract: Sole structure able to associated to an upper of a shoe, having first ducts in the area of the plantar arch and of the tip and one or more lateral openings in the heel area. In the heel area is obtained a seat for a counter-shaped insert provided with at least an elastically compressible central area, inferiorly communicating with second ducts communicating in turn with third ducts obtained superiorly to the insert and communicating with the first ducts and with the openings, and through the interposition of a gasket permeable to air but not to water. The insert has an upper surface whereon is obtained a central area, elastically compressible and inferiorly communicating with a cavity, obtained on a lower surface of the insert, in such a way that to a deformation of the central area corresponds a variation of the volume of the cavity.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a shoe, provided with a front region and a heel region. The method comprises the steps of stitching an upper to a piece of fabric in order to obtain an inner shoe which is closed at its lower portion, providing a rubber mid-sole having at least one inner cavity or seat and at least one outer cavity or seat, filling the at least one inner cavity with a lightweight filler, coupling said inner shoe with the mid-sole by a peripheral cover band, vulcanizing and placing one or more inserts in the at least one outer cavity or seat.
