  • Patent number: 8672305
Abstract: A work apparatus has at least one handle (12) and a drive motor (3). The handle (12) is connected to said drive motor (3) via at least one anti-vibration element (16, 17, 18, 19, 20). The anti-vibration element (18, 19) is held on a first housing part and coacts with a second housing part. To achieve good damping, the anti-vibration element (19) includes a damping section (25) having an annularly-shaped wall (37) which expands in the direction of the second housing part.

  • Patent number: 8225514
Abstract: A manually guided implement, such as a power saw, a cut-off machine, or the like, having a drive motor for driving a tool of the implement. The drive motor has a drive shaft that is rotatably driven about an axis of rotation. The implement has a handle on which is disposed at least one control handle for the drive motor. Formed between the handle and the drive motor is a vibration space that is spanned by at least one anti-vibration element, at least one of which includes a coil spring, the longitudinal axis of which is disposed approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal plane of the implement. The vibration space is spanned by at least one connecting element, the longitudinal axis of which is inclined relative to a transverse plane of the implement that is disposed perpendicular to the longitudinal plane.

  • Patent number: 7941930
Abstract: A hand-held power tool has a motor housing with drive motor and a grip housing with a longitudinal support and a forward grip. The motor housing and the grip housing are connected to one another by antivibration elements. The forward grip has a connecting end that is connected by a screw connection to the longitudinal support. The screw connection has at least one fastening screw that is positioned in the operating position of the power tool in a vertical direction of the power tool. The screw connection has a metal insertion part that is positioned entirely within the contour of the longitudinal support that is a plastic part. The metal insertion part has a screw receptacle for the at least one fastening screw. The at least one fastening screw is fixedly screwed into the metal insertion part.

  • Patent number: 7293330
Abstract: A tubular handle for a manually guided implement, especially a power chain saw or the like, is provided. The handle has an essentially circular cross-section and at least one mounting portion for fixing the handle to the implement. In the area of the mounting portion, the circular cross-section is flattened to form an at least approximately planar abutment portion, beyond which a circular cross-sectional portion is retained. The abutment portion is provided for fixing the tubular handle to the implement.
