The belt guide system includes a belt slide on which the restraining belt bears at least in part. The belt slide has a deflection region on which the restraining belt is guided to change the angle. A friction-reducing element, by which the friction of the restraining belt is reduced on the deflection region relative to the rest of the restraining belt, is provided on the deflection region.
