  • Patent number: 10071414
Abstract: A tool for processing a workpiece has a tool element for processing the workpiece and a control device. The control device is configured to evaluate a rotation angle, which is detected by a detection device, and with which the tool is arranged in space, after a processing operation of the workpiece has been carried out with the tool element. The control device is also configured to release the control of the tool in a manner dependent on whether the tool has been arranged in space with a predetermined rotation angle after the workpiece has been processed.

  • Publication number: 20160039081
Abstract: An electrically operated tool appliance comprises a rotatable tool head, an electric motor drive configured to drive the rotatable tool head, a control system configured to control the electric motor drive, an energy supply configured to supply the electric motor drive with electrical energy, and a first cooling mechanism configured to cool the electric motor drive and/or the control system. The first cooling mechanism defines a cooling capacity configured to be controlled independently of a rotational speed of the electric motor drive.

  • Patent number: 7732747
Abstract: An electric tool has a handle, and an element for varying tool functions located in the handle and including a photoelectric cell incorporated onto the handle in such a way that if the photoelectric cell is completely or partly covered, a tool function is achieved on a specification in accordance with a predetermined sequence.

  • Patent number: 6843641
Abstract: A radial piston pump for generating high fuel pressure in common rail fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines having a drive shaft which is rotatably supported in a pump housing and is embodied eccentrically, and having a plurality of pistons, in particular three, each disposed in a respective element bore radially relative to the drive shaft, which are movable radially back and forth in the respective element bore by rotation of the drive shaft and each define one cylinder chamber, which communicates via a suction valve with a low-pressure chamber. Precisely one suction valve is controlled such that it opens and closes as a function of the angle of rotation of the drive shaft.

  • Patent number: 6263580
Abstract: The invention is directed to a cutterhead for a portable handheld brushcutter for cutting grass, weeds and the like. The cutterhead includes a housing which holds a spool for the cutting filament. Two spool chambers are formed on the periphery of the spool by a radial partition wall. A cutting filament is wound in each of the spool chambers and each of the cutting filaments is assigned an exit opening in the housing which extends into free space. The partition wall lies at the same axial elevation with the exit openings. The partition wall is provided with at least one lead-in channel through which the filament is guided into the interior of the spool when inserted. A reliable introduction of the filament is provided by a simple configuration of the cutterhead and makes a reliable wind-up and pay-out of the filament possible. This is achieved by providing a lead-in channel for each spool chamber with the entrance of the lead-in channel being defined by an insert funnel.
