  • Publication number: 20230022176
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for joining two components or for reinforcing a component, comprising a first and a second threaded sleeve which each comprise the following: an outer thread, with the aid of which the threaded sleeve can be screwed into the respective component and which is suitable to form a composite with the respective component, and a power drive, by which a torque for screwing the threaded sleeve into the respective component can be transmitted to the threaded sleeve. The system further comprises an elongate clamping element which is suitable to be guided through the second threaded sleeve and introduced into or guided through the first threaded sleeve, and which is suitable to axially clamp the first and the second threaded sleeve in such a manner that the first and the second threaded sleeve form opposed composite stresses in the respective component.

  • Patent number: 10737330
Abstract: A material rod feeding device for feeding material rods to a machine tool, includes a magazine for stocking the material rods and a guide means into which material rods to be processed can be fed from the magazine, one at a time. The feeding direction of a material rod from the magazine into the guide means, is transversely to the longitudinal axis of the material rod in the guide means. The guide means includes a support leg and an abutment leg for providing a variably modifiable receiving channel. The support leg provides a support surface of the receiving channel that is inclined in the feeding direction and relative to the horizontal. The abutment leg is movable along the inclination relative to the support leg, so that the variably modifiable receiving channel is formed between the two legs, into which the material rod to be processed can be fed onto the support surface. The support leg together with the abutment leg is vertically movable as a whole.

  • Publication number: 20170266794
Abstract: A drive element is described for transmitting a torque to a threaded insert sleeve. A holder has a drive profile in which along a longitudinal axis of the drive element a drive tool for transmitting a torque from the drive tool to the drive element can be received. The longitudinal axis passes through the center of the drive profile and corresponds to a rotation axis of the drive element about which the drive element rotates when transmitting the torque from the drive tool to the drive element. An axial connecting section has an outer surface for forming a connection to the threaded insert sleeve that is one or more of a materially bonded, form-fitting and force-fitting connection. Via the outer surface, when a connection to a threaded insert sleeve is formed, a torque can be transmitted from the drive element to the threaded insert sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20090223301
Abstract: A method for testing tubular objects, in particular paper sleeves in a cylindrical pressure chamber, comprises the following steps: receiving the tubular object to be tested in a pressure chamber, which is comprised of a hollow cylinder with a pressure shell, wherein the pressure shell is supported at the hollow cylinder and wherein an expansion of the pressure shell in radial outward direction and in axial direction is limited; loading the pressure shell with a pressure means, so that the inner surface of the pressure shell is evenly applied to the surface of the object; and providing a pressure increase until the terminal pressure to be tested is reached, or a damage of the tubular object occurs. The invention also relates to an apparatus for testing tubular objects, configured to use the method.

  • Publication number: 20050041677
Abstract: Method for connecting of AGW terminations and PSTN terminations using a telephone exchange (EX) and a media gateway controller (MGC), and gateways (AGW, TGW). An extend mechanism for providing of advanced call services is executed comprising the steps of detecting call conditions for applying the extend mechanism, inserting of a gateway (eTGW) for providing advanced call services, in a bearer connection of the involved terminations (T1, T2, T3, T4), wherein the gateway is connected with a port of the exchange (EX), routing the bearer to a digital switching device (ACSF) of the exchange (EX) via the inserted gateway (eTGW) and providing the advance call service. A media gateway controller (MGC) and a exchange (EX) for executing the method comprises components for controlling the inserting and removing of said extend gateway (eTGW) and providing the advanced call service to the subscriber.
