  • Patent number: 11944903
Abstract: In various embodiments of the present disclosure, playstyle patterns of players are learned and used to generate virtual representations (“bots”) of users. Systems and methods are disclosed that use game session data (e.g., metadata) from a plurality of game sessions of a game to learn playstyle patterns of users, based on user inputs of the user in view of variables presented within the game sessions. The game session data is applied to one or more machine learning models to learn playstyle patterns of the user for the game, and associated with a user profile of the user. Profile data representative of the user profile is then used to control or instantiate bots of the users, or of categories of users, according to the learned playstyle patterns.

  • Patent number: 11938194
Abstract: The invention provides modified heavy chain constant regions including a cysteine at position 295 by EU numbering and optionally at position 239 by EU numbering. These cysteine residues provide sites for conjugation to a drug or label. When both cysteines are present in a normal heterodimeric antibody format, there are four such sites per molecule of antibody allowing a stoichiometry of one molecule of antibody to four of drug or label. Selection of the cysteine at position 295 with or without cysteine at position 239 is advantageous over cysteines at many other positions due to ease of expression, stability and cytotoxicity.

  • Publication number: 20240096486
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring, capturing, storing, processing, and enabling remote access of a plurality of data inputs pertaining to wound therapy of one or more subjects. The system as per the present invention comprises a wearable dedicated monitoring device, one or more user devices, a digital platform, a subject consent management means. The monitoring device is configured to receive a plurality of data inputs captured from one or more subjects undergoing wound therapy. The plurality of data inputs comprises one or more functional parameters of wound therapy, one or more modalities for wound therapy, and one or more factors impacting wound therapy. A unique identifier code is assigned by the monitoring device to specifically link the plurality of data inputs to each subject. Each of the plurality of data inputs is time stamped and based on the specific consent of the subjects, the data inputs are communicated to the user devices and the digital platform.

  • Patent number: 11930016
Abstract: A client application is specified by a target tenant and represented in an OAuth provider, along with a corresponding secret. A source tenant consents to permissions to be executed by the client application on a resource of the source tenant. A target service uses the secret to obtain an access token from an authorization server coupled to the source tenant and uses the access token to obtain access, specified by the permissions, to the resource served by a source service acting on behalf of the source tenant.

  • Patent number: 11750612
Abstract: A service computing system receives an API call in which an authorization token, that contains an identifier in the content of the authorization token, is included in a header of the API call. The identifier is also included as a parameter passed in with the API call. The service computing system parses the API call to obtain the authorization token, and the identifier included in the authorization token. It also obtains the identifier passed in as a parameter of the API call. The service computing system compares the identifier obtained from the authorization token to the identifier passed in as a parameter of the API call to determine whether they match. If they do not match, the API call is processed as an unauthorized API call. A security system in the service computing system authorizes the API call based on the comparison.

  • Patent number: 11578480
Abstract: A grease interceptor and method of use thereof is provided for separating solids, fats, oils, and grease waste (“F.O.G.”), and other particulate matter. The grease interceptor receives waste water in a liquid storage area where solids in the waste water have residence time long enough to gravitationally separate towards the bottom of the liquid storage area and waste that is less dense than water floats to the top of the liquid storage area. A series of features including channels, interrupter plates, and walls can increase the residence time or otherwise improve the separation of waste from the water. In addition, embodiments of the grease interceptor can have tapered access holes that improve visual inspection of the liquid storage area of the grease interceptor.

  • Publication number: 20220322815
Abstract: A tether clip comprises first and second clip portions and a connector. The first clip portion has a first intermediate portion interconnecting a first clamping end and a first connector end, and the second clip portion has a second intermediate portion interconnecting a second clamping end and a second connector end. The first and second intermediate portions are pivotally connected. The connector is positioned between the first and second connector ends and is configured and arranged to connect to a tether. When a force is exerted upon the connector, the connector moves relative to the first and second clip portions, and when the connector moves in a direction toward distal ends of the first and second connector ends, the first and second connector ends move apart and the first and second clamping ends move toward each other to increase a clamping force by the first and second clamping ends.
