Abstract: A unique pedestal designed for placement beneath an object such as a flowerpot. The pedestal includes multiple legs that are preferably attached to each other via a central pivot structure. Each of the legs is preferably adjustable in length and features a support foot adapted to contact a bottom surface of the object being supported. The pivot structure, in combination with the ability to adjust the length of each leg, enables a user to optimally position the pedestal's support feet to provide maximum stability and support for the object located atop the pedestal.

Abstract: An aerating base plate designed for placement in the bottom of a conventional plant receptacle, such as a flowerpot. The plate has a sidewall that extends downwardly from the perimeter of a convex top. The top includes a number of perforations that function to enable water and air to flow into, or out of, an interior area of the plate. The plate's sidewall features a number of openings that also enable water and air to flow into, or out of, the plate's interior area. The sidewall's openings are sufficiently small so that they substantially prevent any flow of soil into the plate's interior area.

Abstract: A watering system composed of a number of cone-shaped spikes. An inserter spike having imperforate sidewalls is used to initially create a hole in a region of soil near a plant. The inserter spike is then removed from the hole and is placed within a perforated watering spike that is complementary in shape to the inserter spike. The combined unit is then placed in the hole whereby the inserter spike prevents soil from entering the interior area of the watering spike. Once the watering spike is properly positioned, the inserter spike is removed from the interior of the watering spike. Water can then be entered into the interior of the watering spike via a large opening at the top of the watering spike. The water then enters the soil in a dispersed and controlled manner via the perforations in the watering spike.
