  • Patent number: 9890614
Abstract: A lock ring for use as a one way movement restrictor between two telescopingly arranged tubulars to permit movement in one direction and prevent movement in the other direction of one tubular relative to the other tubular; the lock ring comprising: a profile having one or more formations formed on the outer circumference for engagement with a suitable formation profile formed on the inner circumference of the outer telescopic tubular; and one or more teeth formed on its inner circumference, the teeth being adapted to dig into the outer surface of the inner telescopic member; such that the profile having one or more formations on the outer circumference and/or the said one or more teeth permits the lock ring to be pushed along the outer surface of the inner telescopic tubular when pushed by the outer telescopic tubular in one direction; and is further adapted to dig the teeth into the outer surface of the inner telescopic tubular when the push in said one direction is removed or when it is pushed by the outer

  • Patent number: 9702231
Abstract: The tubing section comprises an outer skin (52a) defining at least one perforation (58), an inner skin (54a), the inner and outer skins being arranged to define a tubing annulus therebetween and an access device (48) to selectively provide fluid communication between the tubing annulus and a tubing section throughbore.

  • Patent number: 8863848
Abstract: An apparatus for controlling the flow of downhole fluids comprises a body having a throughbore and at least one port extending through a sidewall of the body to enable fluid communication between the throughbore and an exterior of the body. The apparatus comprises a flow control device for controlling the flow of fluids through the port. The flow control device is arranged to change configuration between a closed configuration in which fluid flow through the port is restricted and an open configuration in which fluid flow through the port is permitted. The apparatus further comprises an actuator mechanism associated with the flow control device for selective actuation of the flow control device to change the configuration of the flow control device between the closed and open configurations.
