Abstract: A portable crimping system includes a portable crimper that has a head mounted to a body. The head is configured to include crimping dies that are configured to crimp a terminal to at least one wire. A stand includes at least one support that is removably secured to the portable crimper to support the portable crimper with the head oriented in a fixed working position. The stand includes an unsecured configuration in which the portable crimper is removable for crimping operations off of the stand.

Abstract: A system and method for connecting a high voltage wiring harness assembly to a vehicle. The system includes a tubing configured to provide an enclosure for the high voltage wiring harness assembly. The material used to form the tubing includes polytetrafluoroethylene to protect the high voltage wiring harness assembly from abrasion and to insulate the high voltage wiring harness assembly from substantial temperature fluctuations. The system may include an adapter plate configured to provide a mechanical and electrical grounding connection to the vehicle. The system may include a coupling assembly configured to couple the tubing and the adapter plate. The coupling provides a water tight seal between the tubing and the adapter plate. The high voltage wiring harness assembly includes a grounding braid. The coupling assembly is further configured to couple the grounding braid to the adapter plate for completing an electrical circuit between the grounding braid and the vehicle.

Abstract: A provisioning control apparatus is configured for coupling to a provisioning equipment server electrically connectable with an electronic device(s) for provisioning the electronic device(s) with a program code. The apparatus comprises: a communication interface configured to receive an electronic provisioning token including a provisioning counter indicating a total of transmissions of the program code towards the provisioning equipment server; and a processor configured to retrieve the provisioning counter from the received token. The interface can transmit the program code towards server; the processor can update a value of the counter for each transmission of the program code towards the server for an updated counter. The processor prohibits transmission of the program code towards the server if the updated counter indicates a total number of transmissions has been reached.

Abstract: A charging station for charging a battery of an electric vehicle including: a main body having a base portion positioned in a substructure and a charging portion, the charging portion includes an electrical outlet for connection to the electric vehicle; lifting means for moving the charging portion between a first position in which the charging portion is located in the base portion and a second position in which the charging portion is in a raised location out of the base portion and above the substructure; a lifting controller to activate the lifting means to move the charging portion between the first position and second position. The charging station is operable to charge the vehicle when the charging portion is in the first position within the base portion.

The third member includes a fourth member to move through at least a second portion of a length of the second elongated member. Mechanical couplers associated with the second elongated member are provided for a second external mechanical coupling of the riser to the apparatus. The riser may be hoisted using the apparatus for better control during coupling to the wellhead.

In response to receiving an event, an activity level and a recency measure for each bidder in the bidding fee auction are generated. Bidders are removed or added to the set of active recent bidders based on the activity levels and recency measures of the bidders. Avatars corresponding to the bidders are added or removed from the region.

Abstract: A decentralized architecture allows a plain old telephone system (POTS) line to be shared for use. Routing logic is handled by a voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) control system and by logic in an initiating analog telephone adapter (ATA). A destination ATA is selected based upon the phone number of a destination phone. Routing information for a destination ATA is communicated to the initiating ATA, and the initiating ATA communicates a media stream to the destination ATA. The system and method enables lower cost routing than currently available, relieves a caller at an initiating phone from having to select whether to use VOIP or the PSTN, and relieves the caller from dialing special phone numbers.
