  • Publication number: 20240126220
Abstract: A building system including one or more memory devices configured to store instructions that, when executed on one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to collect building device data of a building device, generate a time correlated data stream for a data point, and generate a time correlated reliability data stream for the data point. The building device data includes a plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated data stream includes values of the plurality of data samples of the data point. The time correlated reliability data stream includes a plurality of reliability values time correlated to corresponding values of the plurality of data samples of the data point and indicating reliability of the values of the plurality of data samples of the data point.

  • Publication number: 20110114326
Abstract: Subsea wells have a variety of proprietary well head configurations that require sophisticated locking and sealing profiles that allow the well bore to be sealed off and the production of hydrocarbons to be safely controlled. A universal tubing hanger and lockdown assembly uses a sealing apparatus to annularly seal the well bore. When compressed, a multi-piece stacked sealing system employs rigid and elastic members to seal the well bore annulus in both the top-down and bottom-up directions. Top-down pressure containment is needed for appropriate well system testing and bottom-up pressure containment is necessary to control the internal pressure of the well.

  • Patent number: 6047279
Abstract: The inventive system and method incorporates artificial intelligence concepts to create a system that automatically integrates new network elements. The system detects the connection of the new element with the system. The system identifies the new element, either directly or inferentially, by examining the protocol, the inputs, and the outputs of the new element, as compared with stored information. The inventive system then either selects the appropriate rule set from previously written rules, modifies an existing rule set from similar elements, or creates an appropriate rule set to integrate each new element into the network. The rule set produced by the system is then used to manage the new element.
