Abstract: Disclosed is a video display array structure comprising at least two spaced apart splines having a plurality of opposing pairs of catches regularly spaced along the opposing sides of adjacent splines and a latch notch for each pair of catches and a video display module releasably mounted between the at least two splines, the video display module including first and second handles rotatable between an open and a locked position for releasably mounting the video display to a spline.

Abstract: A stun gun is disclosed having a firing mechanism, and also having a camera for automatically capturing post-firing images after the firing mechanism is activated. The post-firing image is automatically and digitally marked, or partly marked, to indicate when the camera was used. A method of gun operation is also presented, along with a system that includes both the gun and a gun holder. Removal of the gun from the gun holder may activate the camera's visual or audio collection capabilities, and further actions such as removal of a gun safety may heighten activation of the camera. The camera's visual collection capabilities include viewing both the target and also the user of the gun.

Abstract: There is disclosed a method and apparatus for devising the financial aspects of a plan of benefits for a given population of employees in accordance with goals set by an employer of the employees. This invention enters data into a memory of a computer system reflective of the employees, the costs of the benefits and the employer's goals. Next, variables are defined and entered into the memory reflecting the costs of the benefits, and a set of relationships is constructed of the cost variables in a manner to constrain the cost variables in accordance with the plan of benefits. Finally, the set of relationships is processed in the computer system to provide at least one set of solutions of the cost variables.
