  • Patent number: 11988764
Abstract: A jobsite computer network has a local server connectable to a remote server via the internet, a network access transceiver connected to the local server, and a wireless device in wireless communication with the network access transceiver. The network access transceiver receives a message from the wireless device and sends a message to the local server. The local server utilizes information from the message to determine the location of the wireless device. The network access transceiver and/or the wireless device generate data which is sent to the remote server.

  • Patent number: 11984771
Abstract: A motor assembly is provided including a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator main body defining a longitudinal axis, stator teeth projecting radially from the stator main body, stator windings wound around the stator teeth, and two winding terminals provided for each stator tooth extending away from the stator main body substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis. A circuit board is oriented along a radial plane adjacent the stator. The circuit board includes a central through-hole through which a rotor shaft extends, at least one magnetic sensor mounted on a surface of the circuit board around the central through-hole configured to magnetically interface with the rotor, peripheral openings arranged to receive the winding terminals of the stator, and conductive routings extending from the peripheral openings to connect the stator windings in a series or a parallel configuration and/or a wye or a delta configuration.

  • Patent number: 11937032
Abstract: A system for remotely retrieving sensed conditions at one or more building components. The building components are remote or numerous so that a wireless collection of the sensed conditions provides a significant benefit to a builder or building operator. A remote transceiver sends a wireless signal to a building component. The building component includes an onboard transceiver. At least some of the energy from the transmitted wireless signal is received by the onboard transceiver, sent to a storage device, and stored therein. The stored energy is used to operate a sensor for sensing an onboard condition. The onboard condition is then wirelessly transmitted by the onboard transceiver back to the remote transceiver to be displayed.

  • Publication number: 20220414625
Abstract: A method may comprise: receiving, via a secure payment system, transaction information associated with a real estate transaction, the transaction information including an escrow account, a buyer name, and a buyer contact, the escrow account configured to receive a good funds payment for an earnest money deposit or a closing payment; receiving, via the secure payment system, a first request to transfer the good funds payment from a user account of a user to the escrow account; querying, via the secure payment system, information associated with the user account; generating, via the secure payment system, a second request for payment to a financial institution of the user account; receiving, via the secure payment system, a notification that the second request for payment was approved by the user; and in response to receiving the notification, transferring the good funds payment from the user account of the user to a secure payment account of the secure payment system.

  • Patent number: 9919290
Abstract: A novel carbon absorption material is described which is formed from anaerobic digestate. The material has a hollow tubular structure and is particularly advantageous in converting hydrogen sulfide in biogas and in absorbing the converted sulfur and sulfur compounds from biogas into its structure. The material after use as a hydrogen sulfide absorbent has value as a horticultural or agricultural product or as a sulfur impregnated activated carbon. The process for producing this novel carbon absorption material is described. In an embodiment, the process described uses in particular, a humidified inert gas over a temperature range of between about 500° C. to 900° C. to convert anaerobic digestate to an active carbon absorbent. The thermal treatment is relatively mild and retains the fibrous structure of the source material while removing cellulosic and hemicellulosic components from the anaerobic digestate.

  • Publication number: 20170220520
Abstract: Systems and methods for operating a processing device are provided. A method may comprise transmitting data on the processing device, monitoring state information for a plurality of buffers on the processing device for the transmitted data, aggregating the monitored state information, starting a timer in response to determining that all buffers of the plurality of buffers are empty and asserting a drain state for the plurality of buffers in response to all buffers of the plurality of buffers remained empty for the duration of the timer.

  • Publication number: 20160224502
Abstract: Systems and methods for synchronization within a processing system use events and/or signals to indicate whether certain buffers (or other system components) are idle. New tasks may be assigned to individual processing elements once they are deemed idle by virtue of certain buffers or components being idle.
