Patent number: 11949022Abstract: A method to fabricate a three dimensional memory structure may include creating a stack of layers including a conductive source layer, a first insulating layer, a select gate source layer, and a second insulating layer, and an array stack. A hole through the stack of layers may then be created using the conductive source layer as a stop-etch layer. The source material may have an etch rate no faster than 33% as fast as an etch rate of the insulating material for the etch process used to create the hole. A pillar of semiconductor material may then fill the hole, so that the pillar of semiconductor material is in electrical contact with the conductive source layer.Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 2022Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: Micron Technology, Inc.Inventors: Zhenyu Lu, Hongbin Zhu, Gordon A. Vertical grow tower conveyance system for controlled environment agriculture including tower shuttle
Patent number: 11944049Abstract: A vertical farming structure having vertical grow towers and associated conveyance mechanisms for moving the vertical grow towers through a controlled environment, while being exposed to controlled conditions, such as lighting, airflow, humidity and nutritional support. The present disclosure describes a reciprocating cam mechanism that provides a cost-efficient mechanism for conveying vertical grow towers in the controlled environment. The reciprocating cam mechanism can be arranged to increase the spacing of the grow towers as they are conveyed through the controlled environment to index the crops growing on the towers. The present disclosure also describes a tower shuttle mechanism that provides operational flexibility by decoupling the loading and unloading operations of the grow towers from the vertical farming structure and, therefore, allowing multiple grow towers to be extracted for harvesting in a batch process before loading new grow towers into the vertical farming structure in a separate process.Type: GrantFiled: September 10, 2020Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: MJNN LLCInventors: Gage Goodspeed Coffin, Alexandre Le Roux, Tamara Tahir Hasoon, Michael Peter Flynn, Andrew Dubel, Roger Lee -

Patent number: 11931820Abstract: Systems and techniques are directed to a Swappable Retractable Tool Tip (SRTT), which is designed as a next generation of friction stir welding tools and retractable tool tips. The disclosed SRTT may be “swappable,” having different types of retractable tool tips that can be assembled and employed as a part of the SRTT. A SRTT system can include at least: a blank tool holder, a piston, and a retractable tool tip. In operation, the blank tool holder allows air to flow to cause movement of the piston and the retractable tool tip. For example, compressed air can push up on the piston and the retractable tool tip, retracting it into a “home” position inside of the blank tool holder. Also, the SRTT can include springs that push down on the piston and the retractable tool tip, extending the tip into an “extended” position outside of the blank tool holder.Type: GrantFiled: December 17, 2020Date of Patent: March 19, 2024Assignee: MERCURY MISSION SYSTEMS, LLCInventors: Kang Lee, Matthew Neil, Wayne Chan, Anthony Lai, Andrew Kostrzewski

Publication number: 20240086998Abstract: Feeds in a network-based marketplace are described. The system receives a request, over a network, from a user that is associated with feed selection information, and identifies source feeds based on the feed selection information. The source feeds respectively include a first plurality of content elements. The system generates a presentation feed by retrieving a second plurality of content elements from the source feeds. The generating is performed continuously and in real-time. The system segments the presentation feed into pages and generates interfaces that include a first interface based on the pages. The system communicates the first interface, over the network, to the user, responsive to the receiving of the request.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 23, 2022Publication date: March 14, 2024Applicant: eBay Inc.Inventors: Jack Philip Abraham, Andrew David Palmer, Jeffrey Tyson, Christina Mercando, Jason Kotenko, Benjamin Gleitzman, Kyle Lee

Publication number: 20240069411Abstract: A camera is configured for use with a removable camera lens cover, which can be secured to or removed from the camera by a user without the use of a tool set. The mechanism which allows the lens cover to be secured to and removed from the camera includes a set of wires embedded into the lens cover and a set of wedges protruding from the lens wall of the camera. To secure the lens cover to the camera, the lens cover is placed onto the front of the camera and rotated until the wires align with corresponding wedges, securing the wires underneath the tapered surface of the wedges. To remove the lens cover from the camera, a force is applied outward and normal to the lens cover, causing the wires to flex outward and enabling the rotation and removal of the lens cover from the camera.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 7, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: Way Chet Lim, Andrew Liu, Margaret Birmingham Mittan, Daniel Lee Sobel
