Publication number: 20240152415Abstract: A computer network device (such as an access point, a switch or a router) that has multiple user interfaces is described. During operation, the computer network device may execute program instructions for the user interfaces and a shared messaging module, where a given user interface includes an agent corresponding to an application. When a message associated with the application is received via a user interface in the user interfaces, the corresponding agent in the user interface may extract a command or operation from the message. Then, the shared messaging module may translate the command or operation into a common format of the application. Moreover, the shared messaging module may provide (or route) the translated command or operation addressed to the application via a single communication path associated with the application and the agents for the application in the user interfaces.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 9, 2023Publication date: May 9, 2024Applicant: ARRIS Enterprises LLCInventors: Suneetha Sarala, Tian Lei, Jane Joseph, Renjith Kumar Ponnappan, Andrew Persaud, Sushant Gaurav

Publication number: 20240122484Abstract: Exemplified methods and systems facilitate presentation of data derived from measurements of the heart in a non-invasive procedure (e.g., via phase space tomography analysis). In particular, the exemplified methods and systems facilitate presentation of such measurements in a graphical user interface, or “GUI” (e.g., associated with a healthcare provider web portal to be used by physicians, researchers, or patients, and etc.) and/or in a report for diagnosis of heart pathologies and disease. The presentation facilitates a unified and intuitive visualization that includes three-dimensional visualizations and two-dimensional visualizations that are concurrently presented within a single interactive interface and/or report.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 23, 2023Publication date: April 18, 2024Inventors: Ian Shadforth, Meng Lei, Timothy Burton, Don Crawford, Sunny Gupta, Paul Douglas Souza, Cody James Wackerman, Andrew Hugh Dubberly

Publication number: 20220391896Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for a hosted point-of-sale service that provides the security features of card-present transactions for card-not-present transactions. The various embodiments of the present disclosure can be configured to receive a merchant identifier and a transaction amount for a transaction from a merchant terminal, as well as receive the merchant identifier and encrypted payment account data for the transaction. The encrypted payment account data can then be decrypted. An authorization request for the transaction is then generated based at least in part on the merchant identifier, the transaction amount, and the payment account data. The authorization request is then sent to a payment processor, which can route the authorization request to an authorizing entity via a payment network. An authorization response is received in response from the authorizing entity via the payment processor, and the contents are forwarded on to the merchant terminal.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 2, 2021Publication date: December 8, 2022Inventors: Andrew Lei, Manik Biswas

Publication number: 20210374742Abstract: Systems and methods for voice-enabled transactions are disclosed. A merchant system may generate a transaction request comprising a transaction amount and a merchant identifier. The merchant system may invoke an audio signal generator to generate an audio transaction signal comprising the transaction request data. A voice assistant may play the audio transaction signal. The user initiating the transaction may use a mobile device to detect and ingest the audio transaction signal. In response to detecting and ingesting the audio transaction signal, the mobile device may interact with a payment network to authorize, process, and complete the transaction request. The payment network may transmit a transaction approval to the merchant system.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 12, 2021Publication date: December 2, 2021Applicant: American Express Travel Related Services Co., Inc.Inventors: Matthew Joseph CASTORO, Andrew Lei
