Abstract: A method of creating a living space beneath an awning with added ambient sound, a retractable awning with added ambient sound and a head for a retractable awning having a speaker. The awning has a canopy secured to an awning roller with the roller mounted between opposite awning heads. A speaker is mounted in at least one of the heads for directing sound away from the head. In a retracted position of the awning, sound is directed away from the living space created beneath the awning when it is deployed, and in the deployed position with the awning extended, sound is directed into the living space.

Abstract: A threshold lighting system for recreation vehicles and the like. The system includes a threshold with a first light cavity extending along one side of the threshold for emitting light inwardly into a recreational vehicle in a first direction generally parallel to the vehicle floor, and a second light cavity on the opposite side of the threshold for emitting light in a second direction down the stairs leading to the threshold. The light cavities are preferably part of an extrusion forming the threshold, and the threshold is typically part of a door frame assembly provided as a unit.

Abstract: An aqueous single phase composition, particularly for use in the treatment of keratinous fibres, comprises a cationic polymer or mixtures thereof, an anionic monomer or mixtures thereof, and a solubilizing agent chosen from amphoteric detergent active compounds, inorganic electrolytes and mixtures thereof. The composition should have an anionic to cationic charge ratio of from 0.2 to 1.0. When the monomer is an anionic dye, the composition can be employed in the dyeing of hair.

Abstract: The disclosure concerns an oral hygiene product which provides in the mouth a reservoir for the slow release of a therapeutic agent, such as fluoride ions. The product comprises two compositions which are mixed in the mouth or before introduction into the mouth. One composition comprises an aqueous suspension of particles which slowly release the therapeutic agent in salvia. The other composition comprises an aqueous solution of a cationic polymer.
