Abstract: A cassette for a drug delivery device is described that includes a sleeve, a syringe having a barrel disposed in the sleeve, and a plunger-stopper slidably disposed within the barrel. The cassette further includes a spacer that is configured to be coupled to the sleeve. The cassette can form a part of an apparatus for injection of a therapeutic product along with a drug delivery device.

The wheel has a hub, a rim and a structural member connecting the hub to the rim. The structural member can be decorative spokes, a thin plate or flat plates that extend up from the hub to the rim. The hub has hub extensions extending from the wheel. A spinner mount is disposed on each hub extension and fixed to the wheel. A bearing assembly is mounted on the spinner mount, and a spinner is attached to the bearing assembly for rotation when the bicycle accelerates. The spinner continues to rotate by inertia when the bicycle is stopped. Preferably the wheel is made as a unitary body resembling an automobile wheel in ornamental appearance.
