  • Publication number: 20180068402
Abstract: A computer-implemented method to provide information characterizing real-estate market conditions within a geographic sub-region included within a larger geographic region is described herein. An indication of the geographic sub-region is received from a user. A memory device on which is stored information characterizing a set of parcels of real property that have been listed for sale is accessed. A parcel of real property located in the sub-region and for which a purchase offer has been made is identified from the stored information. If a purchase transaction for the parcel of real property has not closed, a range of a plurality of values characterizing the purchase offer is provided in at least one graphical user interface. If a purchase transaction for the parcel of real property has closed, a specific value of the plurality of values characterizing the purchase offer is provided in at least one graphical user interface.

  • Publication number: 20160098806
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of coordinating a tour of a listed property is described herein. A first electronic multiple-listing service (MLS) database is accessed over a network. The first MLS database includes data describing the listed property. Multiple enumerated entries characterizing the availability for touring of the listed property are identified. A memory device on which are stored agent-data entries characterizing the availability for showing the listed property of multiple agents is accessed. At least one confirmed time period during which the listed property is available for touring and an agent is available to show the listed property is determined. A graphical user interface (GUI) is generated to a display device. The GUI presents user-selectable icons representing time periods during which the property is not unavailable for touring. At least one of the icons is labeled as being associated with a confirmed time period.

  • Patent number: 8020530
Abstract: A piston and internal combustion engine therewith constructed in accordance with the present invention has a piston body with an upper crown having a substantially cylindrical outer surface depending from a top surface along a central axis. At least one annular ring groove extends radially into the outer surface to provide a top land extending from the ring groove to the top surface. A plurality of waves are formed circumferentially about the top land. Each of the waves has a valley extending radially into the outer surface of the top land and extending from the top surface to the ring groove. The waves traverse from the top surface to the ring groove and are configured in substantially non-overlapping relation with one another and in a predetermined orientation relative to at least one of a fuel spray stream, a pin bore axis or a thrust axis of the piston.
