Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for dismissing displayed elements. In some implementations, a device with a touchscreen is operated using a first touch input threshold value, which may correspond to a minimum distance of input to the touchscreen to identify a gesture. An automobile mode event is detected that initiates an automobile mode for the device. A user input to the touchscreen of the device is received while the device is in the automobile mode. Using a second touch input threshold value corresponding to the automobile mode, the device determines that the user input to the touchscreen of the device represents a gesture corresponding to a user interface element displayed on the device. The device dismisses the user interface element so that the user interface element is no longer displayed.

Abstract: Disclosed are compositions for treating and cleansing keratinous substrates, comprising: a polysaccharide; a cationic polymer in an amount of at least 0.1% by weight based on the total weight of the composition; an anionic surfactant chosen from sulfonate surfactants, carboxylic (carboxylate) surfactants, and mixtures thereof; a polyol; and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. The compositions can additionally contain a glyceryl ester. Also, the compositions have a gel or semi-solid structure and texture. Disclosed are methods of treating and cleansing keratinous substrates using the compositions of the invention.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to cleansing compositions, which are free of sulfates and ethoxylated surfactants. Methods for making and using the cleansing compositions are also described. The cleansing compositions include: (a) at least 3 wt. % of one or more nonionic surfactant(s) that are not fatty esters; (b) one or more fatty ester(s); (c) one or more non-ethoxylated, sulfate-free anionic surfactant(s); and (d) two or more thickening agents. The cleansing compositions exhibit quality cleansing activity, impart pleasant conditioning benefits, and have a desired viscosity and foam properties.
