  • Patent number: 11930113
Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present application is a blockchain hybrid consensus-based system for maintaining domain name information. A gTLD blockchain is formed by first network nodes where international generic top-level domain registries are located, and a ccTLD blockchain is formed by second network nodes where various countries codes top-level domain registries are located. In each blockchain, various network nodes of the blockchain participate in the domain name information update process, so that the domain name information update process will not be affected by a mistake or an attack on one network node. Compared to centralized maintenance methods, this decentralized maintenance method is more secure and is beneficial to maintaining the stability of the system.

  • Patent number: 11831772
Abstract: Provided by embodiments of the present application is a blockchain multi-party shared-governance-based system for maintaining domain name information, wherein a Root blockchain is formed by first network nodes where respective top-level domain registries are located, and domain name operation information needs to be confirmed by authoritative nodes among the first network nodes after a consensus process. Since the authoritative node is generated by means of voting by each first network node, each network node in the Root blockchain in the system participates in the consensus process for the domain name operation information. Through such a decentralized method for maintaining domain name information, the final state will not be affected by a mistake or an attack on one network node, resulting in higher security and better stability of the entire system compared to the centralized maintenance method.

  • Patent number: 11700227
Abstract: Provided are an identifier resolution method and apparatus for the Internet of Things. In the method, different identifier resolution systems are compatible through constructing an identifier resolution architecture for the Internet of Things, and a unified method is used for resolving various identifiers. Therefore, it is simply required to maintain one identifier resolution architecture for the Internet of Things when resolving different identifiers, which reduces the workload and difficulty for maintenance of the identifier resolution system and thus reduces the workload and difficulty for maintenance of the Internet of Things.

  • Patent number: 11558343
Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for resolving a domain name based on a co-governance chain. The method includes: determining data distribution nodes, and constructing a root domain name co-governance chain based on the data distribution nodes; obtaining trusted root zone data based on the root domain name co-governance chain, and constructing a co-governance root service based on the trusted root zone data; and resolving a domain name by applying a recursive resolution mode based on the co-governance root service and corresponding data in the root domain name co-governance chain, in response to receiving a domain name resolution request. With the root domain name co-governance chain, a decentralized processing mode is used, nodes are equal, and it is only required to make an adjustment in a certain node upon resolving a domain name, thereby avoiding risks such as single point management and centralization.
