  • Patent number: 11000427
Abstract: A disposable pant-type absorbent article includes a chassis and an absorbent body. The chassis has a front portion and a back portion and each of the front and back portions has a waist edge, a pair of leg edges and a pair of side edges. The front and back portions are joined to each other at opposite side edges to at least partly define a waist-opening and a pair of leg-openings. The absorbent body is located mainly in a crotch portion of the article. An elastic leg feature is fastened to the chassis at least partly along leg edges. The elastic leg feature extends from the associated side edge towards a centre line in the longitudinal direction of the article. • Patent number: 9345626
Abstract: A method for producing a web of a laminate material for retaining faeces including laminating first and second webs to form an intermediate laminate web, providing transversal slits in the intermediate laminate web and expanding the intermediate laminate web such that the slits are opened to openings. An expanded intermediate laminate web is formed by the expansion. The expanded web is laminated to a third web in order to fix the expanded web in an expanded state, whereby the laminate material web is formed. Also, a method of producing an absorbent article including producing the laminate material web according to the method above.

  • Patent number: 8178746
Abstract: A delivery device for a sanitary article includes an encapsulating material with a first layer and a second layer, enclosing an additive in a space formed by these layers of encapsulating material. The delivery device also includes a third layer, positioned above the second layer of encapsulating material. The third layer extends beyond and thereby covers substantially all of the edges of the second layer of encapsulating material. The third layer may also extend into and throughout the space formed between the first and second layers of encapsulating material that enclose the additive. The third layer thereby protects the user of a product comprising the delivery device from contact with the edges of the second layer of encapsulating material and also provides a means for attaching the delivery device to an article to keep it in place during transport storage and use. The invention also relates to sanitary articles, such as hygiene tissues and absorbent articles, containing the delivery device.
