  • Publication number: 20170129353
Abstract: The invention relates to a power supply assembly intended to recharge electric batteries for several vehicles introducing a plurality of electricity transmission devices (1A, 2A) intended to be placed on the ground with a conductive arrangement (1B, 2B) positioned in said electricity transmission device and including at least one post supporting a power supply terminal and positioned on said electricity transmission devices.

  • Patent number: 6111200
Abstract: A shrinkable protection element for covering filiform items, such as a joint between electrical cables. The element comprises a first (2) and second (3) sleeve, the second sleeve being coaxially superimposed upon the first one. Both sleeves are elastically expandable in a radial direction, i.e. shrinkable. The first sleeve is made up of a compound of cross-linked polymeric material including a peroxide curable hydrocarbon terpolyme of ethylene, propylene and a non conjugated dilene EPDM material, while the second sleeve is made of sulfur-cured EPDM material. As a result, the shrinking speed of the second sleeve (3) is higher than that of the first sleeve (2), especially at temperatures between 0.degree. C. and 40.degree. C. The cables may thereby be used about 30 minutes after the installation of the protection element thereon.

  • Patent number: 5821459
Abstract: The power cable splice includes two cables, the stripped respective end portions of which are interconnected by a metal connector and are covered by a splice body and by electrical shielding. The splice further includes a flexible composite plate including a first layer that is semiconductive, and a second layer that is not electrically conductive, the plate being wrapped around the connector and around the ends of the stripped insulation of the cables, with the semiconductive layer of the plate being in contact with the connector.

  • Patent number: 5577310
Abstract: A support for fitting a shrinkable sleeve onto an object inside the support and the sleeve 11 mounted on it includes at least two tubular parts removed in turn from under the sleeve. It further includes means for temporarily immobilizing the last part to be removed from under the sleeve during removal of the other tubular part.
