    Abstract: A lay-in wireway includes channel members connected in an end-to-end configuration to form an enclosed rectangular channel. Covers hingedly connect to a flange extending from one side of the wireway. Hinges are then formed with the cover member and act as a stop to hold the cover member at an open position. Channel members connect with a hook and slot arrangement which slide relative toward one another at an end connector portion. Hooks and slots provide self-alignment of connected channel members when slid into position.
