Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, systems, and program products are disclosed for disaster detection and recovery. An apparatus includes at least one sensor unit of a home automation system, a processor, and a memory that stores code executable by the processor. The code is executable by the processor to cause the apparatus to detect a disaster event using data captured by the at least one sensor unit, determine a type of the disaster event based on the captured data, identify at least one repair service provider associated with the determined type of disaster event, and initiate contact with the at least one repair service provider for performing repairs associated with the disaster event.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for audio detection are described. A security and automation system may include a control system that includes a hub device and one or more user interfaces. The control system is configured to receive, at a microphone included in the control system, an audio signal from a zone within the premises. In some examples, the control system may be configured to communicate with nodes of the security and automation system using one or more wireless access technologies and one or more wired access technologies. The control system may determine, at a first processor of the control system, that a set of characteristics of the audio signal satisfies a threshold. The control system may transmit a notification of an event in the zone of the premises based on determining that the set of characteristics of the audio signal satisfies the threshold.

Abstract: A method includes providing a processor and receiving a request to inspect property for sale. The method also includes establishing an audio-visual remote presence connection between at least one buyer and at least one agent, transmitting a plurality of purchase information to at least the buyer, and receiving a plurality of buyer requests for additional information. The method further includes generating, using the processor, a response to at least one of the plurality of buyer requests for additional information and delivering the response to the buyer.
