    Abstract: A decorative wreath device facilitates attachment and removal of a decorative covering on an annular base to facilitate periodic changes of decorative appearance. The device includes an annular base having a back face. An annular cover has an inner perimeter edge and an outer perimeter edge. Each of a plurality of fasteners is coupled to the cover. Each of the fasteners removably engages the back face of the base such that the cover extends over a front section of the base.
