  • Patent number: 10410900
Abstract: Precision screen printing is described that is capable of sub-micron uniformity of the metallization materials that are printed on green sheet ceramic. In some examples, puck is formed with electrical traces by screen printing a paste that contains metal on a ceramic green sheet in a pattern of electrical traces and processing the printed green sheet to form a puck of a workpiece carrier. In some example, the printing includes applying a squeegee of a screen printer to the printed green sheet in a squeegeeing direction while the green sheet is on a printer bed of the screen printer. The method further includes mapping the printer bed at multiple locations along the squeegeeing direction, identifying non-uniformities in the printer bed mapping, and modifying a printer controller of the screen printer to compensate for mapped non-uniformities in the printer bed.

  • Publication number: 20090196913
Abstract: An immunoliposome composition targeted to the alpha-V-integrin subunit of integrin receptors comprised of ligand-targeted liposomes bearing at least one targeting-ligand derived from an antibody and having binding specificity for at least one integrin receptor comprising an alpha-V subunit including ?v?1, ?v?3 ?v?5, ?v?6, or ?v?8 integrin cell receptors is described. The antibody-derived targeting ligand may be a Fab? fragment, a scFv, or a the like. Binding of the immunoliposome to ?v-integrin expressing cells, preferably results in internalization of the immunoliposome for cytoplasmic delivery of a liposome-entrapped agent.

  • Publication number: 20090092662
Abstract: A liposome composition comprised of liposomes having a peptide boronic acid proteasome inhibitor compound entrapped in the liposomes is described. More specifically, liposomes having a compound of Formula I or II entrapped in the interior aqueous compartment are loaded with a peptide boronic acid compound, to form a boronate ester compound inside the liposomal aqueous compartment. • Publication number: 20050025822
Abstract: A method for administering a therapeutic or diagnostic agent to a subject is described. The method includes providing a suspension of liposomes comprised of one or more of vesicle-forming lipids selected from (i) a vesicle-forming lipid derivatized with a hydrophilic polymer and (ii) a neutral lipopolymer, said liposomes being associated with said therapeutic or diagnostic agent, forming an aerosol of said liposome suspension; and administering the aerosol to the subject by inhalation. The liposome formulation delivers intact liposomal particles to the respiratory tract of said subject to form a depot of therapeutic agent therein with no observable provocation of an immune response, as measured by neutrophil or macrophage cell count in the lung after administration.
